Clay Bowman (Owner)

Clay Bowman is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, inventor, and business leader whose passion for entrepreneurship began at an early age. As the oldest of four children, he was raised in a family involved in residential real estate, restaurants, sports facilities, and various other business ventures, making business ownership a natural part of life from the very beginning.

Born in Southern California and later raised in Colorado, Clay was a First Team All-State baseball player and launched his first business, a car detailing company, at just 14 years old while at Fort Collins High School. He studied business at the University of San Diego and Concordia University, graduating with honors before earning his JD/MBA from Loyola Marymount University. While attending the University of San Diego, he also competed as a collegiate baseball player.

While still in college, Clay recognized the opportunity created by the real estate industry's transition from film to digital marketing. With no formal photography training, he taught himself the profession and founded Bowman Group in 2000. Through innovation, technology, and highly efficient business systems, Bowman Group grew into California's leading provider of real estate photography, media, and marketing services.

In addition to his business accomplishments, Clay has a strong engineering and product development background and holds multiple design and utility patents. Today, he serves as Founder and Co-Owner of God Family Country Investments, where he combines decades of entrepreneurial experience, real estate expertise, construction knowledge, and business leadership to create value for investors while helping strengthen communities throughout Tennessee.

A devoted Christian, husband, and father, Clay and his wife, Katie, have been married for more than fourteen years and are the proud parents of three children: Colton, Carter, and Kendall. The family is actively involved in their church, local schools, and youth sports programs. Clay coaches many of his children's athletic teams and is passionate about teaching leadership, character, discipline, and teamwork through sports.

Known for building long-term relationships and giving back to his community, Clay is actively involved in charitable and philanthropic efforts. Outside of business, he enjoys fitness, the outdoors, family time, and his lifelong passion for automobiles, ranging from classic American muscle cars to high-performance luxury vehicles.

Whether in business, family life, or community involvement, Clay remains committed to the principles that inspired the creation of God Family Country Investments: faith, integrity, hard work, and service to others.

Luis Diaz (Owner)

Luis Diaz is a first-generation American, proud United States Marine, entrepreneur, and Co-Owner of God Family Country Investments. Raised in Southern California by parents who immigrated from Mexico in pursuit of the American Dream, Luis developed a strong work ethic, deep faith, and entrepreneurial mindset from an early age. Inspired by his father's successful contracting business, he developed a lifelong passion for construction and real estate.

Before joining the Marine Corps, Luis launched his first business while still in high school. He went on to proudly serve three tours of duty, gaining the discipline, leadership, and perseverance that continue to guide both his personal and professional life. Following his military service, he earned his business degree from the University of Redlands and pursued a career focused on real estate and construction.

After relocating to Knoxville, Tennessee, Luis quickly established himself as one of the area's top real estate professionals. His extensive knowledge of Eastern Tennessee real estate, construction, and investment properties played a key role in transforming God Family Country Investments from an idea into a thriving business. Today, he serves as Co-Owner and is instrumental in overseeing acquisitions, construction, and business development.

Outside of work, Luis is deeply committed to his faith, family, and community. A former professional bodybuilder, he remains passionate about fitness and personal development. He also enjoys performance automobiles and spending time with his three dogs—Sully, Milky, and Poncho, who is often jokingly described as a species all his own.

Known throughout Knoxville for his honesty, integrity, and determination, Luis has earned the trust and respect of clients, investors, contractors, and community members alike. His leadership, character, and unwavering commitment to excellence make him an essential part of the God Family Country team.
