We highly encourage any potential investors to personally come visit our operations in Knoxville. We will take you on a full day tour of the city, giving you an opportunity to meet our team members and walk our projects. You will also be treated to some of the best food and scenery that Knoxville has to offer!

Tour In Comfort

Step inside our GFC tour van and enjoy the sites in comfort. Information and relevant details about our current location and project will be displayed on a large monitor at the front of the van. Our van has room for fifteen passengers so we encourage you to bring your family along for the fun.

Take To The Water

All tours from April through September include a boat tour down the Tennessee River. This part of the tour allows you to see Knoxville from the water and explore our waterfront projects, landmarks and historical sites.
