Keith is a licensed mortgage loan originator and a licensed real estate broker with a deep understanding of both sides of the home buying and refinancing process. He brings a well-rounded financial background to the table, having worked in mortgage lending as well as with stocks, mutual funds, and insurance in the investment world. After graduating from UC Santa Barbara in 2004 with a degree in Business Economics, Keith built a career focused on helping people make smart, informed financial decisions. In 2021, he joined Spec Home Loans because of their client-first culture and commitment to supporting Realtor partners from start to close. As a company that can both broker and fund loans in-house, Spec Home Loans offers more options and greater control throughout the loan process. Keith offers a wide range of loan options, including Conventional, VA, FHA, jumbo, DSCR, investment, reverse, and limited documentation programs. He also has many niche programs for unique situations. He specializes in working with self-employed borrowers, helping them navigate complex income situations with confidence. Over the course of his career, he’s helped fund over $1 billion in loans.

Lydia joined the Foothills team in 2020 after graduating with her Bachelors degree in Child Development from Tennessee Technological University. She resides in Maryville with her husband, new baby girl, and her 3 year old lab.
